Don’t forget – tomorrow is Bell Let’s Talk day!   This year WCDSB’s theme for Bell Let’s Talk is “It’s the Little Things,” celebrating the small gestures (at home, at school, in the community) that we can do to build one another up, show kindness, and express gratitude.  What can you take time to do tomorrow that will help boost someone who is in your school or community?  Is there something that has been really meaningful that someone else has done for you? Tweet it!  We want to celebrate the things that can make a difference in the lives of others.

Has your classroom been planning something for Bell Let’s Talk Day? Be sure to tweet it out to  and @WCDSBWellness.  For every correctly addressed tweet (# not @, follow the capitalizations/spaces/no apostrophe, be sure it’s the one with the emoji as shown above), Bell will donate 5 cents to mental health initiatives.  There will be a small prize for the tweet @WCDSBWellness that best captures the spirit of our theme. If I haven’t “liked” your tweet to me you can DM me, as sometimes the notifications don’t make it through.

Thank you for your commitment to building positive mental health in the WCDSB community!
